BRAND NEW 2L PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRIAL STEEL DIGITAL ULTRASONIC CL

 Fill stainless steel tank with water, Do not start the heater nor ultrasonic while the tank is empty.

PREPARATION

a) Unpacking the packing and check if any part get loose;

b) Keep the cleaner under ventilated and dry condition, place it flatly

c) Make sure the plug connection is correct and firm. (use triplex plug and earth connection is required and safer)

d) It is optional to add certain amount of detergent when needed

CLEANING

Use clean water to wash ordinary. If it is dirt, Please add appropriate cleaning, can strengthen super cleaning effect

(1)  Fill stainless steel tank with water

(2)  Plug the cleaner into grounded outlet

(3)  Press the “TIMEΔ”key for setting 1-99 min working time, Press “TIME▽”for reduce the time continuous, During working,

      you will hear the “sizzling” voice, that means the cleaner running properly (Do not run the cleaner continuously more than one

       hour at one time, if the cleaner continuously working more than one hours, please hold on 20 minute latter at each hours and

       then start it again.

(4)  Press “TIMEΔ” once every time, hold a minute, the key time can increase, Press “TIME▽”, time reduce a minute,

       hold the keys, it can continuous reduce  working hours.

(5)  After setting working time, press "ULTRASONIC ON/OFF" key, Ultrasonic will according the setting time working.

      When working time over, it will stop automatic working. If you need to stop it ahead of schedule, press “ULTRASONIC ON/OFF”.

2. START UP HEATING FUNCTION:

(1) Set temperature (if have): press “TEMPERATUREΔ or ▽” key for setting temperature.

(2) Press TEMPERATUREΔ, temperature rise one degree, and hold the keys, the temperature raised continuous;

     In the contrary, press the “TEMPERATURE▽”, holding the key, temperature reduced continuous.

(3) When the temperature reached set temperature, heating lights out. As the actual temperature display panel temperature.

     When the heating process going on, you press" HEATING ON/OFF "button will stop it ahead of schedule.

(1)  Press “Ultrasonic” button to “OFF”, the cleaner will stop working, indicator light turn off. and then disconnect the power supply

(2) Press “Heating” button to “OFF”, the heating function will stop

(3) Empty the tank and clean both the outside and inside of the clean with clean and dry cloth for next use

(1) Always unplug and empty the cleaner after using

(2) While the machines working normally, ultrasonic and tank synchrony gives a well-proportioned sound,, and no shudder

    on the surface of the water, yet there is spray made by the tiny bubbles. If there are discontinuous surges,

    please add or release a little of washing solution in the tank, stopping the surges is good for cleaning the objects.

(3) In order to ensure cleaning objects is cleaned, please run the machine discontinuously as for as possible

     (not more than 30 minutes), for a long time running causes temperature increment of the case, and speedup

     the aging of   the electronic devices.

(4) Flammable cleaning solution is forbidden.

(5) Do not start the heater nor ultrasonic while the tank is empty

(6) Prevent water or cleaning liquid from spattering into the case or shaker

(7) Make sure the washing liquid is not hot, and turn the ultrasonic off and pull out the plug,

     while changing or emptying the tank

(8) Discharge or spill the liquid, the tank must in the condition of normal temperature. and turn off machine ,plug power.

(9) After use should be cleaned and remove dirt from the cleaning trough

(10) Keep the surface of the machines clean. When the machine is broken or the ultrasonic weakens,

     it may be cause by above reason, please stop operating and contact maintenance staff.
