2. Height travel adjustment: The height travel of the equipment has been adjusted according to the bronzed substances with a thickness of lower than 1 cm when ex-factory. Generally, the work travel is proper to be adjusted to the position of about 30mm, if some special situation needs to adjust the travel, the following operation procedures will be done for the adjustment: Loosen the beam fastening screw, rotate the height travel handle, and after finishing the adjustment, tighten the beam fastening screw. When the height is adjusted, the left and right balance of the plates must be noted, that is to say, the parallelism and the alignment of the heat transfer plate and the work plate. The fastening screw shall be tightened step by step, and the one-stop finish shall be avoided, otherwise, the parallelism of the heat transfer plate and the work plate is difficult to achieve, thus not getting the ideal bronzing effect.
